I thoroughly enjoyed going to the Flower Market this past weekend. I’m trying to spruce up my house with a few plants and flower bushes. I didn’t buy too many on this trip, but it just might become one of my favorite weekend activities. These pictures are really for my sister, who 1) loves taking pictures of flowers (and does a much better job than me) and 2) loves gerber daisies. Apparently they’re plentiful here. Who knew?

Water Lily. Beautiful. Too bad it's a cesspool and breeding ground for mosquitoes. I'll have to pass on these.
Orchids. One for 200 rupees, which is slightly less than $2. Amazing.
