I caught a picture of this woman from the car. When she realized I was taking her picture she started laughing. Like, really laughing. She wasn’t offended, rather just incredulous that I was taking her picture. You could tell she was thinking, “What’s the crazy lady with a camera want to take a picture of me for?”
