Out and About in Colombo: Colonial Architecture

Taking a walk around the Fort you are reminded of Sri Lanka’s colonial history.  The Fort, in Colombo 1, is the oldest part of Colombo and is close to Pettah, the market area.  While some of the buildings are quite run down, some still have elements of colonial history and charm that contribute to making Colombo unique. The architecture is fun to see.
